Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products & Courses

Access to digital products (eBooks, courses, downloadable resources) is delivered electronically. After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access instructions within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Coaching & Programs

Coaching session access, calendars, and onboarding materials are shared by email within 1–2 business days of purchase. Session scheduling is coordinated directly with you.

3. Physical Books

For physical book orders (including "The CEO Within"):

  • Within India: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after the launch date and typically delivered in 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • International: Delivery generally takes 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier networks.
  • Orders: Shipped after the official launch date (21 June 2026).

Tracking details, where available, will be shared via email once dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and order weight. Some promotional periods may include free shipping within India.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the stated timelines, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order ID and photos (where applicable). We will work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs in such cases will be borne by the recipient.
